WAMP PHP Startup Error Unable to load dynamic library. My WAMP server was working absolutely fine yesterday. Today I had to restart my computer and something fouled up the works. The server never fully starts. My projects will open, but only the HTML load and not the PHP. Here is my error log from PHP.
